The experience was great. Even though we had the small room it faced the water and was completely clean. The bed was comfortable and so was the bedding

Very well situated motel, next to the « ocean »,. Building is getting old, mismatched furniture, could use new mattresses, Really no place to put suitcases but on top of desks?
Dining was ok, super crowded and noisy. Staff was overworked, but got the job done.
Vue from our room on ground floor was mostly into the dining room, and stone weir, a bit disappointed.

Probably worst room ever holes in curtains spider webs in doorways and flies but they supply a fly swatter really! No air conditioning and a grinding noise all night as beside kitchen as well as kitchen door slamming while the kitchen staff grab a smoke outside our door. But free electric car charging but worth maybe 25% of the $275 cost for a night

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist was rude and unhelpful. She ignored us for about five minutes while doing her own thing, then checked us in with an attitude.
After a long drive, we went to our room only to find that the key didn’t work. We walked back to reception, and instead of apologizing, she casually said she wasn’t sure what happened and reactivated it. We tried again — still didn’t work. We had to go back a second time before she finally fixed it, again with no apology.
Once we finally got into the room, the issues continued. There was no AC, the flush barely worked, and there was no hair dryer. We asked the receptionist twice, and only after clear reluctance did she give us one.
Overall, the service and the room conditions were disappointing!
