Seems like an all inclusive resort
We stayed at L’Hotel Quebec the night before our cruise. The hotel features a breakfast and/or evening buffet for its guests, an indoor pool and hot tub in a tropical garden setting, with a waterfall, a sauna, a fish pond, and an indoor playground. There is paid highspeed internet in the guest rooms, an arcade room, a fitness center, paid EV stations, a coin-op guest laundry and free guest parking. Inside, there are several meeting rooms, an ATM, and vending machines for food and soft drinks on different floors. On certain dates various musical entertainment is live in the Tropical Garden.
We enjoyed our stay and found the guest room comfortable and clean.
In the morning, we had breakfast in the Le 10Vagues Resto-Bar across from the lobby. Meals are not included with one’s stay.

Our room was on the 200 level - very weird setup involves a special lift elevator to shift between ground and 100 and 200 level rooms - only one such elevator and convoluted manner required to operate it - avoid these floors! Also, if you love noise, your room should face the garden / pool - it's like having an echo chamber performed by hundreds of kids in your back yard pool!!! Seriously avoid these rooms if you need to relax in quiet before 11pm or after 730ish am (yes - pool is closed before 9, but that doesn't stop the noise!)
Room and decor are dated and requiring serious TLC. Outside doors DO NOT lock. Bedside lights in 209 are non-functional and leaves you with dim, dull lighting for every thing. Of course, this makes it harder for you to see all of the "age" in the building.
Restaurant food (10 Vagues) was good but not worth the price - especially the buffet. I suspect the same would be true of the breakfast buffet that is not included.

I didn’t get my room cleaned as I wanted too, i put that thing on the door knob (to request a room cleaning service) and the cleaning lady saw me put that on my door knob before I left so I thought that for sure my room will be cleaned. Me and my family left for a good 4-5hrs and came back before supper and our room wasn’t cleaned. I went to the front (their phone didn’t work in the room we stayed in, so I had to go back and forth having to request room services) and and I asked them why my room wasn’t cleaned and I was told “you didn’t come and request it” but I didn’t know I had to go at the front to request the cleaning service, usually I would just leave the note on the door knobs with other hotels.
Overall I still enjoyed my stay, it’s just my room wasn’t cleaned during our stay..

Very clean rooms and amenities the kids loved the activities. The brunch was just ok but we had fun and definitely will come back
