Weekend at the foot of the lake
The staff is attentive, professional and always ready to help, making the experience even more enjoyable. The facilities and activities offered on site are a real plus.
An excellent destination to pick up and enjoy nature while having a high quality service. I recommend without hesitation!

Bad experience all together
For the price of this hotel, the level of cleanliness and customer service was honestly shocking. We checked into a room with sand on the chair, stained pillowcases and sheets, a ripped towel, and a broken toilet paper holder.
We contacted the front desk and were met with complete indifference. No real concern, no urgency, and no effort to make things right.
Housekeeping only comes once every two days, and even after the room was serviced, we were still left with the same sheets and the same sandy chair.
The lack of cleanliness was not limited to the room either. Dirty plates and glasses were left sitting on lobby tables overnight.
A great view does not make up for a dirty room and poor service. For what they charge, this was absolutely not worth it.
Take your money and stay somewhere else.

Magnificent
Very pleasant welcome, spacious room very well equipped with a beautiful balcony and a breathtaking view of the lake and the surrounding mountains, very pleasant jacuzzi open until 11 p.m., .......
