The hot tub has no jets. I booked the hot for the hot tub to help with my back pain.i was disappointed in that.

Poor Experience June 2026 - Flooding, Disruption and Inadequate Compensation

I stayed at the Westin Hotel June 4-7 2026. On the last night, there was flood in my room related to the renovations going on floors above. I had to move rooms in the middle of the night (5am) which was very disruptive. In addition, the front desk noted that many people had to move due to this flood, and there was water dripping into buckets around the conference I was attending on the 4th floor. After all this, the hotel was unwilling to fully compensate for that night, which should have been a given (hotel first offered only guest points as compensation, and ultimately after much discussion gave only partial compensation). I don't recommend staying here, particularly while this renovation is going on, and very poor management response to a major disruption.

Great hotel and location!

Can’t beat the location. The fact you can get to the mall without going outside is great. Can walk to a lot of main sites. The staff were amazing especially the check in experience. They allowed us early check in and we had an incredible room for my family with a corner amazing view. We could see the canal, fairmont and parliament and there was tons of space for my son’s cot. The room needs a bit of a refresh. It’s showing some wear and tear and some molding In the shower. The pool too could use some tlc. but other than that the bed was so comfortable and we had a great experience. We would stay here again.

Top-notch personal welcome.

Excellent hotel team welcome, thanks to the concierge for his personalized greeting.
The breakfast is excellent with a wide choice, plenty of vegetables, and healthy cooking.
Excellent fruit juices.
Classic room a bit outdated.
Surroundings ideal for outdoor dining near markets.

The parking not so easy .Its in a separate parking garage connected to a shopping centre . We weren’t given good directions and took half hour to find it , We had to park a long walk from hotel and signage wasn’t good . Or you can use valet parking for 78 bucks. Our room was clean comfy wiith amazing view . There is no in and out with parking garage or you have to pay again . Staff was friendly and helpful.Also was a wedding reception there . We could hear the music and we were on 12th floor . We wanted an early night sleep but I had to put a pillow over my head to block out the music .
