In the morning you could hear other guests in the hallways. The breakfast had good food, but it was always busy and staff cannot keep up with the demand. Otherwise the hotel room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The value was good.

Clean room but would have liked to know that the restaurant and bar were closed. The set-up of the lobby was not very professionnal looking. Very noisy in the communicating room, walls are thin.

Super friendly staff

Great location, friendly atmosphere, clean room
on arrival, great staff. The breakfast is ok for one day but lacks some variety/options for special diets.

Great hotel near Ottawa

Our stay at the Hyatt Place Ottawa - West was a great one. The room was deep cleaned in advance as Sonal had promised it would be when I contacted the hotel in advance (I have bad allergies). It was a single queen instead of the double queen I reserved, but given the deep cleaning, and very quiet high floor location I did not even bother commenting on this upon check in. Breakfast ended a bit earlier (9:00) and more abruptly (quick cleanup after 9:00) than hoped for, but the food was good with varied. The location was convenient to all our activities in the Ottawa area, the hotel was clean and the staff very helpful, especially Sonal who went out of her way to check we were satisfied with our stay.

Friendly comfortable hotel with great staff!

Excellent hotel with very comfortable beds.
Breakfast is included, however it is early. There is a bar with food in the lobby. Staff are very friendly and provide good service. Free parking with a lovely restaurant across the parking lot.
