Comfortable bed and big tv with Netflix. However, I didn’t like the bathroom situation with one door for the sink, toilet and shower….irs much more convenient when sharing a room to have privacy while being able to access the sink and mirror at the same time.

Great location but average room

This hotel is located close to tourist attractions and that can be convenient but due to its proximity to the busy tourist areas, expect a lot of noises from the street during the night. We stayed here during a week day but it was very busy and lots of people were out on the streets. The room was okay but they should improve their maintenance. Towels had holes in them. There was a swimming pool on the main floor and there were lots of families with kids staying at this hotel.

Front staff was friendly. Checked in after 9pm went to the hotel restaurant no one ever waited on us nor was there any staff around, it was only 930 closed at 10. The room bathroom was clean but had a strange smell. The parking lot was tight. Another guest at the hotel said you shouldn't go anywhere alone off premises was unaware of the crime rate. Didn't know there was a daily parking fee until checkout.

Exceptional clean room, pleasant staff. Would have liked a better option of food at the hotel however there are plenty of places to eat elswhere within easy walking distance. Great to be able to park at the hotel.

Everything was perfect except had an issue with booking through Hotels.com. I booked a room with king bed and a pull out sofa for three people. When I got to the hotel, we got a room with only a king bed. Lucky a suite was available, if not it would be horrible. And though I indicated 3 people at the time of booking, I was charged extra for a third person.
Hotel is very conveniently located in the Byward Market area. 10 minute walk to the Parliament. 5 minute walk to Rideau Centre. Parking is limited at the hotel and you have to pay for overnight parking.
