Property Not Habitable

I will not recommend this property to anyone. Terrible service, the rooms are full of visible mold and un maintained. After we checked in and went to the room assigned, the smell in the room was terrible and mattress broken, we asked for another room. After we paid even more, we got another room worse than previous one. Lots of visible mold on the ceilings, dirty kitchen and spider web in the bedroom. We checked out less than 1 hour. I will pursue next with the request for refund from Expedia. Also, while I was explaining the staff the situation, they start talking on their own language so I can’t understand what they are saying. Very rude and unprofessional.

Room was very poorly maintained and with foul smell. Staff was helpful and breakfast quite nice but I would not stay there again.

the room was very dirty, linens were nasty dirty, a lot of bed bugs in mattresses and bed, the washroom literally had poop in toilet and was not even half renovated, floors were coming off, crazy manager, staff were okay but in terms of cleanliness, big NO, dangerous for kids and even normal people!!!!

I booked this hotel for two nights after seeing the great reviews and pictures, and unfortunately, the actual experience was completely different. The lobby and main office looked clean and nice, but the condition of the rooms was extremely disappointing.
After driving for almost 14 hours, we checked in expecting to rest. The room was very dirty, including the carpet and other areas. The worst part happened when we were getting ready to sleep and a mouse ran through our room. I immediately went to the front desk and asked to be moved. Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked, and there was very little assistance available. We had a child with us, and after seeing a mouse in the room, we were terrified to use anything or sleep there. We essentially did not sleep that night.
The next morning, we requested another room and were eventually moved. The second room was somewhat better, with a kitchen suite, but it looked and felt like someone had been living there for an extended period and using it more like an apartment than a vacation accommodation. The bathroom was in extremely poor condition, with broken fixtures, damaged walls, a damaged electrical outlet, and other issues that should not be acceptable for a hotel room.
The front desk assistant on the second day was courteous and did communicate with us better, but unfortunately, that did not make up for the overall experience.

Rooms are nasty, mold everywhere. Mold inside the micro, mold in bathroom, carpets are dirty, sheets and pillows smelled bad and have not washed in ages. Left the inn around 5 am due to all of these issues. We booked 2 rooms and both have same issues. I will not be booking this inn. My kids started vomiting and got stomach aches.
Nasty inn.
Rating should be something less than zero or in negative.
