The hotel has a cozy, analog vibe and feels very relaxing!

Almost perfect
A really lovely stay and rooms with falls views are spectacular. The room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the check-in. We booked a room for 3 people (one child). We were told we had to pay to get a rollout bed for our daughter and that a sofa bed was impossible. We got to our room and it had a sofa bed so we called reception and said we didn’t need the rollout bed as the room has a sofa bed and the receptionist argued with us that it didn’t have a sofa bed, despite us having pulled it out and the bed was made. The receptionist also argued with us that charging for a rollout bed was usual practice as Marriott hotels. We stayed at a Marriott in Toronto and they didn’t charge us for the rollout bed.
Otherwise a very good stay, a bit marred by the approach by reception staff.

Disappointed
As a Marriott member I was so disappointed in the condition of this property. Although you can’t beat the location the hotel appears to be in need of a makeover. The lobby is unwelcoming as well as some staff members. We did encounter some friendly staff but not many seemed to go out of their way to make us feel welcomed . Our rooms were fine except for the giant tear in the curtain and the sliding bathroom door that did not shut all the way. That door also seemed to be in need of a paint job. The room seemed clean but dirty glasses were not removed the next day nor were liners replaced in the garbage cans. This might sound trivial but it’s part of what we paid for and our rooms were not inexpensive. We were also confused why the rooms offered such little light, yes there’s recessed lighting by the vanity area and a few lamps around the room but they were far from offering sufficient lighting for the room. On a positive note the showers are great and a huge shout out to the chefs making the morning omelette, they were amazing! We were on a girls trip and of course had the best time but as I mentioned earlier I just expected more from the Marriott brand.

Great falls experience
Wonderful experience!
We never left the hotel! The suite was fantastic - a wall of floor to ceiling windows. We had room service, or ate in the hotel restaurant downstairs. The weather was very foggy, so we had one of the best views of the falls from anywhere in the area. Some family was in Niagara at the same time and we chose to eat dinner in our room and have that great view and also be able to spend more time together.
The staff was very helpful and respectful, and we truly felt like valued guests.

Amazing view amd spacious room
You can't ask for a better view of the Falls. What a site when waking up each morning. The cost was more than I usually pay for a room but the location and experience is worth it. Clpse to most attractions that ypu would want to see and do.
