The apartment was spacious with a full kitchen, full washer and dryer with complimentary soap which was nice, the beds were comfortable and the apartment tastefully decorated, the linens clean and crisp, the shower was AMAZING! The location is great, walkable to many attractions with restaurants literally down the stairs. On the minus side, there was no colander or any kind of mixing bowl to cook or make a salad, the microwave was not plugged in and there was no plug where it was located, the bathroom needed a deep clean as dust accumulated on the baseboards and door. Fix those minor issues and .. it is a Dimond!

I was anxious about the check-in. It was smooth. Instructions were clear.
You get 15 mins to unload. The road to the hotel ends right at the hotel. It's easy enough to find a spot in front, and 15 mins is more than enough.
You will see a public parking lot right on the way. Avoid it. It's not for overnight.
The suggested parking lot is too expensive. $70/day. Try locating a further parking spot after unloading and uber back. It will be much cheaper.
Now, the property itself. It's location cannot be beat. Right at the heart of Viuex Montreal. So many restaurants nearby. Vibrant neighborhood.

Jardin Nelson - For the music, not the food
Sabrosa - Excellent seafood at reasonable prices
The terrace bar above Gaspar - OMG, the views.
Gaspar - over-rated but offers French fare.
Brasserie 701 - For breakfast.
Wolf & Workman - For drnks.
Upstairs Bar & Grill - For high quality jazz. (15 min uber)
Boulangerie Caviste - For breakfast - OMG, the olive sourdough, and the pastries.
Apartment is spacious, clean. Try to get the upstairs (400) apartments - they are excellent. Housekeeping will provide fresh towels.
Pet policy: Confusing. It's really a flat fee of $75/trip + an additional $25/day for 3+.
I cannot recommend this property more strongly. One of the best I've seen in the Montreal area. You will not be disappointed.

Ideal location in the heart of Old Town. Apartment was spotless, roomy, and comfortable. Arrival directions clear and concise. Highly recommend for a stay in Montreal.
