Great location in Montreal
For our stay in Montreal, we got off at this hotel which is very well placed: the 747 bus going to the airport arrives and leaves right in front of the hotel during the work in progress (otherwise the usual stop is 1 min walk). The city centre and the old port are a 15/20 minute walk away. Very nice welcome on arrival and quick check-in. For room cleaning, just ask when you want the room to be made. Large, clean and comfortable room with a well equipped kitchen area. The room was facing the street but we were not bothered by the noise and the presence of a hospital next door. There are several shops and supermarkets nearby for shopping. Simple breakfast but suitable for as many people as possible. At each of our passages, we were able to find room without problems. Wi-Fi that works very well. Staff at reception courteous and efficient to solve any problem. Fast check-out. A hotel we recommend in Montreal.

Room was clean staff was friendly courteous and professional breakfast was awesome and filling air conditioning was good and cool well done staff at roberval hotel.

A good old fashioned hotel that was clean and comfortable. A large room with really comfy beds and pillows.
Fantastic breakfast every morning and in a great location for all the areas we wanted. Walked everywhere.

Breakfast was amazing, lots of options considering it’s a continental style (note there were two breakfast rooms, one was nicer/tidier than the other!). The suite we had was two bedroom, and was perfect for the four of us. Location is close to downtown and the metro. Bathroom was on the small size, but still doable. Loved the balcony as we had room 203. Will stay again!

Front desk staff staff just doesn't care
Customer Service sucks! This hotel is affiliated with Les Suites Labelle. If somehow there is an issue with your room or somehow they overbooked you and they tell you there are no rooms available..they are not entirely telling you the truth. If push comes to shove they could put put you up at the other hotel. I will NEVER stay here again
