The area was perfect as the plateau is one of my favourite areas of Montreal. Restaurants, bakeries, vintage shopping were all steps away. Walks are fantastic with new discoveries around every corner.

Our car was stolen from the parking lot that was suggested by them as option b and we were told that it is safe and secure. We found out later from the police that cares had been stolen from that lot on multiple occasions. We would not recommend that if you have a car you should book here.

Clean and convenient

Nice clean apartment with all the essentials. Lots of restaurants nearby. The metro is a 5 minute walk. Parking available on the street or reserve the spot in the back alleyway in advance.
Try to book above ground level. We were in Apt #7 which is ground level back of building. There are very poor sound barriers between apartments. Our upstairs neighbour was aggressively stomping and slamming things through the night (2-4am for at least an hour), which was impossible to sleep through. Otherwise, a nice stay.

The location is perfect for people who want to explore the different micro-neighborhoods of the Plateau and Mile End on foot or on transit. Groceries of all kinds and an SAQ steps away.
Because there's no front desk, it might be useful for people to know that there is a storage service run out of a cafe across the street where you can book storage through an app.

Great central place. It’s a 3-storey walk up so take heed if you have mobility issues. The cabinets are also unusually high up. We filtered our Expedia search for hotels that include parking and it was only after making our non-refundable booking that we learned this place has 1 spot that was not available for us, so we had to pay an extra $25 to park a 10-minute walk away. Before we even checked in, we received a message saying “Hope you had a nice stay” with a checkout reminder so we worried something was off but apparently it was a scheduled message… I’m not sure what system they’re using but every single message they sent arrived as a plain text HTML attachment, making getting information and using links unnecessarily difficult and annoying. We’d have to scroll up in the chat and guess which attachment contained what and then select the link text and copy it to browser just to see the check in instructions, for example. We were only here one night and it was fine but I don’t know that we’d do it again tbh.
