Breakfast area is tiny with no variety in the food served. I wasn’t expecting a Michelin starred meal, but walking down to the 10 tables that are always packed and seeing that the offerings were stale cereals, breads and, if you were lucky, maybe an apple or orange was disappointing for the price. The rooms are incredibly dated with chipped paint and dusty furniture. The bathrooms were updated, but the lights constantly flickered and the shower had no water pressure. The hotel WiFi is absolutely horrendous, dropping connection every couple minutes or so as well as the signal struggling to reach outside the lobby. The saving grace is that you’re within walking distance of so many restaurants and cafes as well as a metro station. For the price I payed for 7 days (2457 CAD), I was rather disappointed.

The room was clean , tv ok,and the price is just right. The breakfast is just early to close so you need to wake up early, anyway it’s the usual breakfast nothing especial. The parking is additional and NOT so spacious so … careful in parking 😆

Room was ok but the a/c wasn’t working on a very hot day. They switched us to another that had a smaller and very uncomfortable bed. The breakfast was not good either. It would not stay there again.

Horrible service

Horrible hotel I regret to stay for two nights. The front desk woman Fadwa is rude to me and my wife customer. She should be fired!

I was very disappointed by the rooms. They were dirty, carpets wet, mattresses old, mold apparent in rooms. Bathroom was renovated and OK.
The room had a very bad smell.
The fridge did not work. The AC was the only thing that worked well.
