Room was very clean and spacious. Pool area was great for our kid after a hot day at the zoo. Staff were very friendly.

Needs a major update - updated pictures on site are not what you get

Pros: The room was clean, which is always a plus and necessary. The front staff very helpful and kind.
Pros (reason for the 2 stars): This holel is extremely dated. The pictures on the website and on trip advisor (unless your scroll through reviews) was not the room we were given. Every wall is papered in golden yellow wallpaper, the flooring is not tasteful, the furniture well worn and dated.
The bathroom needs a remodel as well.
The area is industrial and did not appear safe to walk around
Minimal restaurants available in the area
The parking lot is not well lit and does have some “shady” looking spots you would not want to park and walk from.
We had a 3 night stay planned and only stayed 1 night (checked in at 12:30 am or would not have stayed the night). Made a new hotel reservation elsewhere in a more desirable area with updated rooms.

The shower curtain doesn't close properly, so the bathroom floor is always wet after shower.
The hotel building is shared with TownPlace. The amenity is nice. Swimming pool wasn't too crowded. The gym is big. There was parking fee for $8 a night.
In addition, i don't know why i was being charged $7 a night for extra guest when it said room is for 4 people.

We staid for 5 nights. Room had hair in places it shouldn’t, ice bucket had stuff growing on the lid. We were asked when we got the keys which days we want room service. We r in the hotel room service is a must. Took two days to have them change Kleenex box and give more toilet paper. Garbage cans in the rooms were big enough for three bottles. For the price the hotel asked for this was not up to par with service

Good location; ease of travel to and from

We were there for 5 nights during the May long weekend. Ease of check-in enabled by the front desk staff despite heavy traffic.... notable mention to the helpful, efficient staff including Amanda, Pevish and Kesha. Hotel has good non-paying parking with a brightly lit, covered parkade. Special mention needs to be made for Renu and other young ladies who handle the counter-based orders at the cafe during breakfast. We are repeat customers and will continue to be.
