NEVER STAY HERE
This morning, as we were leaving our room, we saw the housekeeping staff coming down the hallway. Not only did they do a poor job cleaning our room, but when we returned after being out all day, we found our room door wide open and completely unlocked.
This is absolutely unacceptable. Anyone could have walked into our room and taken our belongings. I had several valuable and important items left inside. I’ve stayed at countless hotels over the years, and this has never happened to me.
When I reported it to the front desk, all I received was, “Sorry, it was an accident.” That response did nothing to address the seriousness of the situation or the complete lack of security.
I’m extremely disappointed in both the housekeeping staff and the front desk’s handling of this incident. This was a major breach of trust and safety. I would never stay here again and would strongly recommend others avoid this hotel.
