Clean and cheap - nice location

My buddy and I were in town to see a Blues act at the restaurant 500 feet from this motel. Rooms were available and the price was good although we were a bit Leary based on reviews and the sorta run down look outside.
That said, this place was good. The interiors of the rooms were clean and well maintained and the location is nice. Yes, the parking lot has some potholes and they are working on some of the other buildings, but we enjoyed our stay here. Each room has a big window and you can park your bikes directly in front of room if you want to keep an eye on them.
Just a block or two away are a couple for restaurants, convenience stores and even a Timmy's.

Very dirty, The furniture is old and dirty. I couldn't sleep. I requested a refund, not received to date.

Very dirty, The furniture is old and dirty. I couldn't sleep. I requested a refund because I had to take ANOTHER hotel that same night. But I still haven't received it. A big disappointment

Bad experience!

It was supposed to sleep, but I couldn't. The furniture is old, the cleaning is ok, but the smell and the noise is very bad. The AC is very old and noising, I could turned off, but that day was very hot. The window is right in front of road, so, all night a lot of cars and truck doing noising. I couldn't sleep.

Neglected rundown motel

Years of neglect have left the motel undesirable...chipped paint, cobwebs,dirty windows, filthy doors, broken dirty lamp shades, lack of smoke detectors, no pugs for the sink and bath tub, no pictures, old furnishings are but a few of it's issues, free breakfast consist of corn flakes, coffee, juice and toast, this place just needs an deep cleaning, fresh interior and exterior paint, it has good bones just needs alot of work and help to get it where it needs to be....well over priced for the condition and state it is currently in. I would definitely never recommend this hotel

For the price it's ok

Rented a room for 60$ the place is ok the room was clean and if you spent the night drinking and can't drive this is a cheap solution. Right near st-anne de bellevue and beside highway 20. I probably wouldn't stay here again unless I didn't have a choice.
