Our room may have been one of the smaller options, with a queen bed and a single bed, but we still found it quite spacious. The bathroom configuration was a little unusual, with the shower located in a separate small room. However, since the hotel was created from an old mansion, every room is different. We would have preferred a small seating area in place of the single bed.
A continental breakfast is included, with fruit, pastries, toast and jam, ham, yogurt, and cheese. For an additional $8, guests can choose a full breakfast with eggs or French toast. We stayed with the included breakfast on the first morning, which was sufficient for us, and upgraded on the second. Both options offered great value.
Parking is also included, although spaces are limited. We secured a spot on our first day but had to park on the street on the second. Street parking is free on weekends, and there were plenty of spaces available near the hotel.

The hotel itself is somewhat worn and could benefit from some refurbishment, but it more than makes up for this with its unique charm and personality. Rather than feeling modern and generic, it has a distinct character that adds to the overall experience.
Breakfast is fairly simple and not particularly extensive, but it is perfectly adequate and provides a good start to the day. Parking is convenient and easy to access, especially during weekends and in the afternoons, which is a significant advantage for those traveling by car.
Overall, we had a very positive experience and felt that the hotel offered good value and a memorable stay. However, while it is an excellent choice for a short visit or weekend getaway, it might not be the ideal option for a longer stay due to the hotel's somewhat dated condition and limited facilities.
