The drain was running slow in the bathtub and the freezer drip tray was warm and full of water but everything was clean and quiet and the breakfast was very nice.

Booked two rooms and one room is definitely maintained better than one. The door hydraulic keeps making cracking sound when open and close. Notified front desk but no one came to fix on the second day of the 5 nights 6 days trip. After two days the mechanic came to lubricant the door so it’s not making sounds anymore which is one day before check out time.
Bathroom curtain only has one liner layer, no outside curtain. Tub faucet could not be turned off completely so water dripping all day and night.
Request housekeeping for the other room but only briefly clean the bathroom and didn’t vacuum on Saturday and on Sunday the room attendant refused to provide extra towels because we didn’t request housekeeping (we declined due to pet and amount of stuff we have in one room) at first but finally gave in and warn us this will be a one time service.
Room is spacious, Beds are decent, good enough for its price. Breakfast also good. Plenty of parking. Easy access to the coffee machine and water station. Has laundry room for guest use.
Would still go for the pet-friendly, saltwater pool, and proximity to where we need to go.

Reasonable place if you’re travelling, Wouldn’t want to stay here long.

Stayed as a family of five (all over 20) in two adjoining rooms. Hotel was a little tired & shabby for a Best Western. Breakfast ok but basic (limited choice / disposable tableware). From the signeage they clearly have a problem with break-in’s to cars - we emptied ours so no problem. Good curry house across the road for dinner. Rooms have a coffee machine & microwave.

Thank you as well for your comments regarding breakfast. We understand that our compostable plates and wooden cutlery may not be everyone’s preference. As a 4 Green Key rated hotel, reducing our environmental impact is important to us, and our compostable serviceware helps reduce the water, energy, and commercial dishwashing chemicals associated with traditional serviceware.
I would also like to clarify that our parking lot signage is intended as a precautionary reminder for guests not to leave valuables visible in their vehicles. We feel it is important to encourage good vehicle security practices rather than give guests a false sense of security when travelling.

Room was clean. Bathroom was not clean. Had toothpaste stains on the shower curtain and silverfish crawling around.

The beds were the highlight. Hotel beds tend to be under reviewed, but really, isn’t that why we stay somewhere? The beds here are comfy, clean, and I didn’t struggle to sleep at all. The breakfast was well attended and the amenities, location, and staff were above standard. Can’t wait to stay again!
