Don't count on a hot shower or litterless property but it is comfortable clean and quiet inside.. there is only one microwave downstairs not in the room..

Terrible place dirty dirty

Walked into the first room having a bunch of dirt on the bed that was blowing out of the AC clearly they didn’t clean anything talk to the front desk. They said they would switch us rooms and get us a new room went and got dinner came back walking to any room turned on the light and there’s two cockroaches on the bed that scurried under the pillow we were only here for two days for our work trip, but regardless, they don’t care about nothing and the remote to the TV was missing a battery like… wtf?

From the moment we entered the lobby, there was a strong unpleasant odor throughout the building. The carpets appeared dirty and poorly maintained, creating an immediate concern regarding cleanliness standards.
The situation became worse upon reaching our room. In the hallway beside our room was a bag containing used adult diapers left sitting outside another guest room in 28-degree heat. The smell was overwhelming and entirely unacceptable in any hotel environment.
Inside the room itself, there are visible cigarette burn marks on the bathroom counter, damaged and deteriorating surfaces, and the bathroom fixtures feel unstable and unsafe to use. The overall condition of the room does not remotely match reasonable expectations for a property listed on your platform. I have pics. I Hotels.com because I trusted your company to present accommodations that meet basic standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality. This experience has left me seriously questioning whether Hotels.com vets or evaluates the properties it promotes to customers.
At this point, I would appreciate:
- A response regarding Hotels.com’s standards and vetting process for listed properties
- An explanation as to how a property in this condition remains available on youravailable on your platform
Appropriate compensation or resolution for this experience
I look forward to your response.

I did call on the Wednesday of my trip and was tild I could leave early and would be compensated. Hasn't happened.

Everything is good except the rooms arent very clean.. found a tooth in my bed, lots of dirt behind the bed and chairs.. substantial amount. Bathroom is nice, king size bed is awesome, would lovvee to stay more often

The price was right and we got exactly what we expected. The rooms could have been cleaner ( coffee stains on the walls above garbage can) could use a fresh coat if paint as the walls were scuffed but all in all the beds were clean and it was a convenient place for us to stop.
