Highly recommend this very affordable hotel. Enjoyed my stay here and would definitely stay here again if ever I return to Edmonton. Very accessible, lots of nearby restaurants to grab your lunch or dinner. Also a 10-minute bus ride to West Edmonton Mall. Their breakfast is also great, you will never leave hungry! I like how the server cleaned each table once the guests are done eating. I also liked their complimentary tea room with the water station.

The hotel is a little dated. The breakfast was OK as it is convenient. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Our reservation was easy to set up for the weekend. We arrived and were greeted warmly by the front desk staff. The gentleman on duty was clearly knew but he tried hard. The young woman who was there provided great support for the man. Our check in was relatively smooth and simple. We got to our room which was clean. The beds were a little springy for our liking.
We started off our days with a trip to the well attended breakfast buffet. The hot food was hot and fresh. The lady looking after the buffet was very attentive. She was aided by a very personable young lady named Jacqueline. She made a connection with my family who are Spanish speaking. She helped my wife with some of the things to see in town. Thank you Jacqueline for your suggestions and directions.
The hotel was clean, easy to find and navigate. It’s close to amenities and places that you want to visit and the West Edmonton Mall is a two minute drive away. The people are friendly and helpful. The room is accurately described and pictured. All in all, the Quality Inn West Edmonton is exceptional value and worthy of a five star rating. Thank you!

It was a good hotel. There were some discrepancies between when I booked and when I arrived. The lady at the front desk was rude and unhelpful until her manger overheard the conversation. The manager stepped up and corrected everything to what I'd booked. Breakfast was ok. Standard hotel buffet breakfast. Bagged eggs and bacon that was somehow both overcooked and undercooked. TVs are outdated. Didn't matter to me but the kids were annoyed trying to figure it out. The beds were clean and the shower was hot. If you're just looking for a place to crash and eat a free breakfast before heading to the mall, this is your spot. If you want fancy, keep on trucking.

The front staff was not very helpful and taking long time to check in. The toilet doesn't flush properly. The soap beside the water tap in the washroom was broken. The ac/heater was very noisy and not able to regular temperature properly
