My girlfriend and I have stayed at different hotels from he agermain chain, and have always been extremely satisfied. The rooms are always great and the staff highly helpful. They tend to be on the precier side, but entirely worth it.

Won't be back

There are many things to like about this property. Large room; comfortable bedding; nice bathroom; good restaurant, and great people.
None of which, unfortunately, overcomes the fact that hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment, and the set up of the blinds allows light to come in late at night, and early morning (in Calgary, that is as late as well past 10:00 pm, and before five in the morning > check photo). Additionally, age behind the blinds is totally stuck.

A great place with a great location, and we spent a alot of time at the Restaurant and bar that were attached

Very dark rooms. Hotel needs a refresh, getting out of date and looks worn. Great location. Barely passable gym.

The room was clean and very nice. They had great items, both complimentary and at a charge. The room was too warm at night despite the AC being on
