THIS PLACE HAS IT ALL AT AN INCREDIBLE VALUE! A++++++
Amazing. Easy to find even in downtown Calgary. 15th floor views incredible. Full kitchen in room. Free parking. Cool, comfy and cozy rooms. Slept like a log. Great places to eat within walking distance. Dollarama for drinks and snacks 50 yards away. Incredible 180 degree sauna!!! You CANNOT GO WRONG!!!

Excellent hotel in great location
This was our second stay at the Best Western Plus Suites in Calgary. We really enjoyed it 2 years ago but since then there has been a lot of renovation and it is now even better! It is in an excellent location being only a 15 minute walk from the free tram which takes you into the centre of the city and a 5 minute walk from 16th and 17th Avenues which have great restaurants and shops. There are two supermarkets 5 minutes walk away. Parking was easy and checkin was quick and efficient. Our room was huge with everything you could need including a kitchenette which had a hob, microwave, fridge, coffee maker with supply of pods and well stocked cupboards with crockery and plates. The curtains were blackout and the bed was wonderfully comfortable and very large. The bathroom was equally good and had a bath and powerful over-bath shower. There was a large closet area and safe. The TV was large and included access to numerous channels and online channels. The free breakfast was very good with large choices of hot and cold food. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. This is an excellent hotel - one of the best we have ever stayed in - and we will definitely return.

Checkin was a disaster. Fire alarm sounded which required an evacuation. Room was not clean. Bathroom fan didn’t work, etc

Really well located and great value for money specially for the suite we had during the Calgary Stampede where rooms in the city were in demand and prices high.

This hotel is in a bad area. We were woken up in the middle of the night by a deafening fire alarm and had to evacuate. We were told a maniac waltzed into the lobby off the street and pulled the alarm. Stay elsewhere.
