Great Rooms for the price!

This is the cheapest hotel I’ve ever stayed at price wise but it’s better than the Motel 6 I rented in Seattle last night. Worth the money and especially nice if you have a furry friend with you. The owners were very accommodating and I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in Cache Creek!
The rooms were VERY clean and VERY spacious. AWESOME for the price! I totally recommend this hotel!

This is fine..

It is very clean, linens smell fresh, the front desk lady was super sweet. We joked that we felt like we were on an episode of Schitts Creek hahaha. It is ULTRA Basic with firm beds and there are remnants of the early 80’s hanging out in our room but fine for a stop over spot. Bonus points cuz there was a cat that greeted us in the parking lot.

Stay Somewhere Else

The circumstances that led to me being at this hotel were not great, but the stay made it even worse. The front desk was not helpful and not at all friendly when I arrived very late. I ended up stripping the bed and using my own linens, as the ones on the bed weren't clean. There were dirty stir sticks on the floor in the room, small flies coming out of the sink in the bathroom, and I had to turn the heat on and wait quite a long time for the room to warm up. Later that night I heard trucks roaring past, and only realized the next morning that it is on the roadway itself. If you find yourself in Cache Creek, don't make the same mistake I did, and stay somewhere else.

Worst experience ever! The most unfriendly and unhelpful Front-Desk!

I had booked a room online via Booking.com and during the online reservation, I was asked by Booking to pay now or to pay later at the motel. I chose the Pay Online Option so that the check in at the motel is faster. I was so tired after a long day of driving.
When I arrive at the Motel, the Front desk tells me that they don't have any room for single but only 2 double beds. She asks me if that's ok. Of course, it is. Then she asks me to pay and I tell her that I have already paid and that I received a confirmation from Booking.com. She doesn't believe me and tells me that if I don't pay, I won't get keys.
I decide to call Booking. They agree with my statement and calls her. She tells them she has no room for me. Booking had to relocate me because she wasn't willing to work it out.
Worst experience ever. I rarely leave a bad comment but people have to know!

Stay somewhere else

Although the check in staff were helpful and came down to explain how to lock the door, that was about the only good thing. There was a very strange smell in the room and everything felt grubby. No where to put anything in the bathroom and no electrical sockets. We did not even shower here as nothing felt clean.
