Avoid this place at all costs!!!

We travelled here with a youth hockey team and the experience was horrible. We were assigned this hotel and had no other choice but to stay here. Rooms were filthy - stains on walls, curtains and linens. Tears in linens and insufficient pillows/towels. Poor lighting, torn carpets, bugs in rooms, and plumbing issues/leaks under the sink, mould on the walls and in the shower.
Rates we were charged were significantly higher than posted rates online - but the manager would not adjust rates to match market value. Suspicious activity going on. Female guests walking by the front desk reaching over other guests checking in and handing the receptionist a $100 bill, saying thank you and departing without officially checking out. Breakfast was skimpy - few options and hot food was prepared in the microwave. We were very concerned for the safety and wellbeing of our children and asked for an early release from the hotel. The manager denied this, until the event company insisted on them allowing us to leave. The manager finally released us one night early. We found other accommodations.

Room didn’t have any towels I had to call to get towels, sink wasn’t working, bedsheets were dirty had only two pillows which were really flat, Overall very bad experience
