Probably ok if you're into prostitutes ...

Was at Djeuga Palace with a colleague and to be honest, hated every minute of it (pardon my french). At checking in, 2 prostitutes walked in, waiving their IDs at reception and being lead into the elevators. Throughout our stay, it was clear that the place is used extensively by solo male business travellers and there were a lot of those ladies hanging around in the lounge ... As 2 solo female travellers it did not feel safe, welcoming or clean.
My room itself was basic and dirty. I did not dare to walk around without shoes. Sheets had stains. The flush of the toilet was so dirty that I could see fingers or previous guests printed in them ...
So my recommendation: find another hotel in Yaoundé. There's better options out there.

Djeuga palace makes one feel at home

I attended a conference in Yaounde and stayed for 4 days at the Djeuga palace hotel. I was a little apprehensive about the hotel before my stay. However right from the airport, the drive was on time (nearly midnight). There was no issue of security. At the reception desk, people facilitated my check-in. The room was comfortable for a good night sleep. Breakfast was wonderful with good food ,coffee, juice...etc. The place is very clean and I did not hear about theft or things like that. I enjoyed the dinner a la carte and the grilled fish was really delicious. Next time I go to Yaounde,I will go to Djeuga without any hesitation.

I stayed there at the beginning of the year for the first time.But the memories are still fresh in my memory.Fantastic.

This hotel stands out for its quality of service as well as the cleanliness of the place without equal.When you stay there, you feel at home.The environment is peaceful and the friendliness of the staff forces you to stay there.DJEUGA is chic!
