I stayed for 11 nights, and the place was very clean and cozy. It feels luxurious. Having a washing machine was a big win. The staff are very kind, and the security made me feel safe. They helped with everything I needed and delivered whatever I asked for. Two things to note: there aren’t many kitchen items, but if you ask, they’ll bring what you need. Also, in the shower, lower water pressure gives hotter water. Overall, it was perfect! Definitely will stay again if I come back to Siem Reap

A disaster
We have been in Cambodia for several years every year for a longer period of time and this time, because of the pictures on the Internet, we decided to use this object.
The images on the Internet have nothing to do with reality. The kitchen is not usable. The kitchen cabinets are completely swollen and haven't seen any rags in months. When you open the cupboards, a bad smell strikes you. The only stool has only three feet, the couch cover is worn. The bathroom lacks large tiles. There is air conditioning in only one room. The view consists of a view of a building ruin and a completely derelict garden. It is difficult to get a Tuctuc in the area in the evening.
Given the high price demanded, the apartment is a total failure.
We found a really nice apartment near the center for 2/3 of the price requested here.
A reasonable negotiation with the administrator for the refund was not possible. Pointing out the shortcomings, the administrator accused me of lying.
The glaring difference between the images on the Internet and the actual condition raises suspicions that this is working with system.

We are sorry that this guest’s stay did not meet their expectations and appreciate the opportunity to respond. Our apartment in Siem Reap is accurately represented with regularly updated photos showing the layout, furnishings, kitchen facilities, and amenities, including air-conditioning in the main room and an additional air cooler available upon request. The apartment is cleaned and inspected before each guest’s arrival, and our on-site team is always available to promptly address any maintenance or comfort concerns, including kitchen, furniture, or bathroom matters. The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, offering a peaceful environment, and transportation via tuk-tuk or ride-hailing apps is readily available, even in the evenings.
We would like to clarify that the guests informed us of their early check-out at very short notice after deciding to move to a cheaper accommodation. The departure was rushed and did not allow for a proper discussion of concerns, despite our administrator being present and making every effort to understand and resolve any issues on the spot. Most complaints and the refund request were communicated only after departure, with the request submitted four days later. As a gesture of goodwill, we offered a 50% refund, which was declined.
While the guest has shared similar negative reviews across multiple platforms, we respectfully reject any allegations of misrepresentation or improper conduct. All communications were handled professionally and transparently. Guest feedback is always taken seriously and used for continuous improvement, and we remain committed to providing accurate listings, responsive service, and quality accommodation for travelers visiting Siem Reap and the Angkor area.

The room layout was very good, well-appointed, and designed well, with LED lighting well used. The entrance tp the propery needs a lot of work the paving stones are coming up due to the tree roots, over all the entire property needs a good cleaning, bird poop on the hand railings up the stairs and near the entrance, the place was not that clean when we gor there, very dusty, needs a serius paint job on all walls, the windows and screens in both bathroom seem to have never been cleaned, there are two birds nest up near the open louveres, there was two issues that did get resolved quickly, no TV hook up and no hotwater. Overall, the staff was excellent, but if you want peace and quiet, this is not the place for you, the road traffic and noise in daytime is quite high, and the barking dogs at all times of the night are also very loud

The staff were very lovely, they had 24/7 security who were very friendly. The room had good aircon. The bed was hard but comfortable. The place was clean and in good location. Would definitely return

First let me say I'm a Platinum Status Expedia member.
Next, LITERALLY DO NOT STAY HERE!!!. The "security" stole my luggage and the "manager" basically did a home invasion. These people are straight up criminals who will threaten you, assault you, and rob you.
