Clean rooms, AC, western showers, walking distance to many many restaurants, laundry and more. Angkor market is a 5 minute walk. They have everything a westerner could ask for.
The english speaking staff is super professional. Kindness is a way if business for them.
I have stayed here on three consecutive trips in the last 18 months. I will also house my family and friends as well. No better recommendation.

Excellent pricepoint for an upscale facility. The property needs an overhaul; but we were still quite comfortable.

It's was a disgustingly dirty hotel..the hotel looked like it had not been as the pictures show for many years.

Not for western Tourist
This hotel was strange from when we got there...the were no lights on outside the circular driveway was appalling..there didn't seem to be any one there...but a man came out...we walked in and the hotel smelt dirty..they was dust on the big statue at the entrance..the front desk was a huge shambles..the fellow behind the front desk said that had no booking coming today...the travel agent had booked months before...he not what you would call a great introduction the his hotel...the lift up was a very small metal container..lots of dent and not nice..we certainly didn't feel safe in it..the room..it smelt old and musty...huge big cockroachs..running on the floor and in the bathroom...there were holes in the walls..a power switch for the bedside lamp nearly zapped me with the electricity..it was loose with wires showing..the bed linen smelt funny...our agent got us out of there the next morning...very early...I would not advice anyone expecting a lovely clean modern hotel..the pictures do not show the true shape of the hotel..it maybe ok for some who don't mind the cockroachs and smell..but I would say it is not for western people looking for a lovely hotel..

Checked out early

I did not like this hotel. The staff member at reception was so unfriendly and unprofessional and unhelpful . I didn’t feel ok staying here. I checked out and stayed elsewhere. There was no bar or restaurant as advertised.
Wouldn’t recommend.
