Very good experience

The service provided was excellent. The staff was friendly and nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that comes to Phnom Penh. This is my third stay at this hotel. Vichra in particular very helpful and kind in guiding me.

Amazing stay at this hotel, the place was really clean, newly renovated and the room was lovely. Would highly recommend especially for the extremely low price.

Good hotel with nice location

I had a wonderful stay here again, it was good with location , Room ,Restaurant , and service were good.

Bad Hotel which lacks warmth and professional

3 days stay.. on check in, provided 2 Room on 2nd Floor was bad with no garbage view or another building back side view.. requested immediately for change and given on 8th and 9th Floor which were ok. The room layout was weird with bin consistent cooling.. we had breakfast included.. we had to choose from set menu .. when ordered English breakfast, it had hash brown, grilled tomato missing and other things were just ok..although the local breakfast options were better.. the restaurant staff and housekeeping staff was not professional enough to understand the guest requirements and took long to provide soap or shower gel if u run out of it in toilet..
The front desk also don’t understand English and don’t want to serve..
Overall, the staff and amenities both need improvement and maintenance to make feel guests comfortable.
