An excellent staff made for a wonderful hotel stay!

What a wonderful hotel stay! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I stayed in room 916 which was a standard room and it was very nice with all the amenities you could possibly need. The hotel is convenient to the Royal palace and other sights. At night try the rooftop bar for great views. On my return to Phnom Penh there I will definitely return to the Hyatt Regency!

Nice hotel with heritage well preserved

Very good location hotel. Rooms are comfortable, big and clean. Breakfast menu should have more selection and better quality choices.

Room has got all that we needed except that there is no bidet in the toilet. Staff speak good English and very helpful. Breakfast spread is excellent and more than sumptuous. We went for the 1 for 1 spa treatment which is value for money and we really enjoyed it. Our only regret is that we had not enough time to enjoy fully the steam room, Himalayan salt room n the jacuzzi. Next time then !

Excellent the housekeeping cafe front desk all incredibly amazing especially the cafe team they know exactly what you want. You don’t have to order and you get it delivered seamlessly to your table impeccable incredible excellent. I highly highly recommend this property. The best service.
