Safe place to stay

Apartment well appointed, clean, comfortable bed, washing machine, kitchen with oven in which I could make Roast dinners. Minimal utensils supplied but I had some of my own. Good area to stay in with a lot of restaurants, supermarkets and Russian market all in close proximity. Staff friendly and with Theary speaking good English was really good. Security is excellent also.

They will try and rip you off

I came to Cambodia for uni and stayed here for three months. We paid $700USD a month... which in itself is a lot for how little they provide! During that three months we had toilets that didn’t stop leaking, hot water that wasn’t working and had to move rooms because we got charged OUT OF THIS WORLD for electricity. We rarely put on the air conditioner as we had been told it could get expensive. But when our bill came it totalled $260 USD!!! That is more than what I pay in Australia for three months with the most expensive electricity in the world.. when we complained about it, the manager refused to answer my phone calls and during emails back and forth was extremely rude. We ended up hardly using lights, NEVER put on our hot water and nNEVER used our aircon and our bill was still $80... we were advised by neighbours that they do this often because we are foreigners!! The place itself is nothing to write home about, not very clean. Especially if you look behind furniture. You will have neighbours smoking in the shared hallways and staircase but they never get told not too, rubbish is always spilled in the shared hallway also!
Layout is just stupid, you have one massive room and then another room that is just tiny. The lounge room and dining area are not functional at all.
The only positive about this place is the location, you are a few minutes walk from the russian market and Phnom Penh sports club.
Would advise finding another place!! Do not stay here

Good place to stay

We stayed here for our first weekend in Phnom Penh, the apartment was very clean, immaculate kitchen and bathroom. Two balcony. Friendly staff, good value, would definitely recommend this place. Not super well stocked with equipment if you are determined to self cater, but in the up and coming Russian Market area with such an abundance of cafes, restaurants, bars, why would you.

Best Value we've found in Phnom Penh

We've been looking for somewhere that's good value for 4 years now, and we think we've finally found it. The prices are competitive with a medium size hotel room in the same area, but for your money you get a whole apartment. Situated right in the heart of the Toul Tompong (Russian Market) area, it's close to everything- shops, markets, restaurants, massage, gyms. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with ensuites, simple kitchen, washing machine and living room make it perfect for our family. We will never stay anywhere else in Phnom Penh!

Séjour Parfait !

Super rapport qualité prix. Appartement très propre, fonctionnel, bien placé et sécurisé. Que des points positifs pour ce logement. La gentillesse du personnel est également à souligner. Je recommande vivement !
