A magical little oasis

The bungalows are adorable and comfortable (we went with deluxe) and the staff is extraordinary and incredibly accommodating. Wonderfully hot water for cool jungle nights, fresh towels, drinking water available in restaurant to fill water bottles. Staying here made our trip through Banlung truly memorable and lovely.

Need a few things fixing

Good location overlooking green lush forest and beautiful restaurant bar area with reasonable prices. Lodges however look a bit tired and issues with ant infestation. Not a great spot if you're unsteady on your feet as walkways are in need of repair.

Good rooms in tranquil setting

Rooms were very nice set in nature, and the restaurant had good food for breakfast.
Unfortunately we did have ants in our room which comes with the territory of being in nature and with a small gap at the bottom of our door, but we did have an issue with them coming into the bed at night. Could do with a better light in the bathroom as showering we couldn’t see anything it was so dark.

A gem of a place

Tree tops is a gem of a place which is perfect for escaping it all. The huts are clean and very comfortable and the veranda is complete with table & chairs & a very comfortable hammock! The food is good as are the fruit shakes - all of which are not overpriced. Staff are very welcoming

Surprised by the good reviews

One of the worst Hotels in 11 years of traveling Asia:
-Extremely dirty right after check in (a lot of gecko poop and even blood on the bed sheets)
-Ants everywhere in the bungalow
-Did not change the bed sheets after the first night and did not clean properly
-Overcharged us on the room
-Overcharged us on the bus we booked with them
-Overcharged us a lot on the tour we booked with them
-The tour was just like a human zoo
-Noisy until late at night and early in the morning
