Superb luxury hotel, impeccable service and best ever location

Gorgeous hotel and suite. We were in #4 and it was very clean and spacious with a balcony.
Stunning decor through out the hotel, impeccable service from friendly staff and absolutely top location! We were there for carnival too and it went right past hotel! Could view it from the porch or the vip balcony as guests of hotel, whilst enjoying a punch!! Highly recommend this hotel. Thankyou to Alexander and everyone at the hotel.

In any case, we will not come back here

A boutique Hotel is distinguished by design, atmosphere and intimate guest experience with attention to details and personal service. Prassa 3 has IKEA design, the staff is not nice and sometimes just arrogant and the service is poor. Add to that that our bathroom was dirty (up to and including brown spots on the door), the doors close so badly that you can just follow the conversations outside, that they say they have a laundry service but there is no, the breakfast is only replenished after a long insistence if you arrive a little later and they do not keep their appointments and you understand that I find it incomprehensible that Prassa 3 has such a high score. But maybe we were just unlucky. For the size of the room they get 1 star from me, for the rest 0

Comfortable hotel in the heart of Mindelo

I stayed twice at Prassa 3 Boutique Hotel and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is excellently located in the center of Mindelo, very close to the harbor, which is ideal for exploring the city.
The taxi ride from the airport cost around EUR 12 and I received a friendly welcome upon arrival.
I stayed in a Junior Suite, which had airconditioning and was very comfortable. This is definitely a good option compared to the simpler rooms, which apparantly do not have airconditioning.
The hotel has a nice restaurant and the breakfast was reasonable. Overall, I would recommend Prassa 3 Boutique Hotel, especially the Junior Suite, for its location, comfort and friendly service.
