Exceptional staff,Happy kids,Amazing memories.
We recently stayed at hotel sunrise in bulgaria and our experience exceeded our expectations.
The staff were exceptionally warm,kind,helpful and welcoming througout our stay.they truly made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
The housekeeping team left a particularly special impression on my children.they were always so friendly when interacting with them,and the way they made the beds each day became something my kids looked forward to.seeing their excitement every time we returned to the room was priceless.the smile on their faces said it all!
The Kids Club was absolutely amazing and deserve special recognition.there were so many fun and engaging activities organized everyday that my children were never bored.a huge thankyou to the wonderful team for keeping them happy,entertained,active(football) and creating such memorable experiences
The restaurant staff and waiters were also fantastic_ always smiling,attentive and friendly.they even noticed my children wearing football clothes and took time to chat with them about it,which made the kids feel really special.
Overall, everything met and even exceeded our expectations;a big thankyou to the entire team for making our family holiday so enjoyable.we would happily reccomend Hotel Sunrise to anyone looking for a wonderful family vacation especially with kids,and we hope to return in the future.

Best Animation Team
We had a lovely holiday at hotel sunrise! The experience was only improved by the cute animation team that gave life to the hotel and created a good atmosphere with daily activities led by Elly who was the boss of the theme!! They get 5/5 stars

Amazing Holiday Thanks to the Animation Team!
We had a wonderful stay at Sunrise Hotel in Golden Sands! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and located in a great area close to the beach. The food was delicious with a good variety of dishes, and the staff were always friendly and helpful.
A very special thank you goes to the animation team, especially Presi, Eli, and the boys. They brought so much energy, positivity, and fun to every day of our vacation. Their activities, games, and evening entertainment created an amazing atmosphere and made our stay truly memorable. They are talented, professional, and genuinely care about the guests having a great time.
Thank you, Sunrise Hotel, for a fantastic holiday. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and would love to come back again!

I am very disappointed
As every year, we choose family-friendly hotels, so I understand that children mean more noise and activity. However, our stay at this hotel was extremely exhausting, and instead of coming back rested, we are leaving more tired than before our vacation. At the pools, children were constantly jumping into the water despite clear signs prohibiting it, often very close to other guests. In the restaurant, they were running between tables, pushing into queues, and taking large amounts of food, so many dishes were gone shortly after the meal service started. No one seemed to be supervising or addressing the situation.We reported the problem to reception on the first day. We were told that there had already been multiple complaints and that the manager would deal with it. Several days later, nothing had changed.
To make matters worse, the food was tasteless and literally dripping with grease.The biggest disappointment was the hotel’s complete lack of response to repeated complaints. It’s a shame, because the property itself has potential, but with this level of management it is difficult to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay at the sunrise hotel. Good selection of food, staff were helpful. Really enjoyed the quiet pool at the front of the hotel. Overall, would recommend and would come back again
