Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was fine and clean. Breakfast selection was a little limited for hot food, but plenty of other things to choose from. Would definitely stay there again. Location was walking distance to the center of Sofia.

Good

Very large upper room, nice spotless bathroom and welcome amenities. Very dated furnishings and retro carpet upholstery on the ground in the very dirty room. Sufficient breakfast ... (fruit with some problem) and a great noise in the breakfast room due to the radiator for heating .The friendly staff and good location even without being downtown and still great price for the services received.

Location was great and check-in easy. Breakfast was very good! Only minus for few details in breakfast why it felt it wasn't finslized: some products missed spoons for taking products, and all warm product weren't warm at all, even I visites at the start of the breakfast. But very good stay overall.

Staff very nice and helpful early check in and late check out. Also managed my mistake by creating 2 beds for my kids room which I forget to ask for.
Large rooms for suites and excellent price
Breakfast was high quality and filling . Well done.
