wonderful hotel

Wonderful hotel- clean and cozy rooms, attentive and friendly staff. The breakfast was varied and very tasty. The location is convenient and peaceful. I would definitely come back.

The room was the worst hotel room I’ve ever seen and certainly nowhere near 4 star. Everything is Broken and filthy with insects and bugs. Food was just as bad no variety at all, pointless going half board as we had to eat out most of the time as it was so bad. The facilities are neglected the customer care non existent and most nights there was screaming and fighting from locals at the front reception leaving clubs and bars . Incredibly unsafe for families and poor value for money. Worst experience at any hotel ever!

Terrible experience

Stay away from this hotel
The worst hotel we ever encountered
Food cold as ice. Chicken not cooked to the right temperature therefore still had blood!! Thank god we noticed
Rooms extremely filthy…..Towels and bed sheets are all stained
The bath still had someone else’s hair stuck to it that when I put water, it didnt come off.
Bathroom tiles are holding with large pieces of tape
No blower in the bathroom… instead just a small piece of plastic!
We even had previous guests chocolate wrappings!
Totally disappointed

Well spend and relaxing holiday

Hello travelers, my first impression on my arrival date was smiling friendly faces of receptionist working at front desk in a lobby of the hotel -they are ready to make your staying cosy and comfortable. Compliment for chairmade and kitchen staff preparing our food at restaurants . I definitely noticed very close distance to center of Borovets which includes bar, shops or just casual indoor activities like is one of my favorites. Congratulations and thanks to management to established my experience and hope see you soon!

Fantastic hotel

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful, the room was clean and very comfortable, the SPA zone is great - we enjoyed the sauna, the pool and the gym. A bonus for us were the excellent kid's corner. The hotel's restaurant served tasty and fresh food, the breakfast was fantastic. We will definitely be back!
