My polecamy ten hotel. Czysto, jedzenie urozmaicone, pokoje ok., obsługa hotelowa bez zastrzeżeń. Szkoda że hotel nie oferuje opcji all inclusive. Obsługa hotelowa wymienia pościel i ręczniki, sprzątają codziennie. Nasza rodzinka jest zadowolona.

15 years holiday at EOS Hotel

At the EOS Hotel, our family has been on vacation for 15 consecutive years. We love everything, room service, wonderful staff, manager, delicious breakfasts, clean rooms. This year we have booked holidays for three from July 8 to July 15. But unfortunately, force majeure happened. My mom had a stroke on July 3. Two days later, we canceled the hotel check-in, so the doctor said, mom's not allowed free and sunny. On July 5, we canceled the trip. I called the manager on July 8 and asked for the return of the deposit of BGN 100, which we were transferring through the bank. But the manager first said it wasn't possible and then promised to call us back and tell us we'd decided. Still no call. I believe that force majeure when a person cannot come for health reasons must be taken into account. I'm so sorry to have to lower my review score. But we all have parents who can suddenly get sick.

Cheap hotel for low budget trips

The hotel have 2 buildings - EOS 1 and EOS 2 - EOS 1 have 3 stars but the EOS2 have only 2. So keep this in mind when making reservations. The both are located just across the street. All the dining is done into the EOS2, EOS1 have sauna (paid), fitness (not sure that it is free) and a extremely small pool (3 by 3 meters) and of course a restaurant.
So rooms are quite OK - perfect for low budgeted trips. Free WiFi, TV and Air conditioner. Forget about the parking space !!!!!!!!!!!!!! even it is advertised as paid - in fact there is almost NO space to park. I have to park into the restaurant back yard - DO not pay for this service.
All the rooms are the same no view and no noise protection. If you have the chance to have a room into EOS1 with view to the pool - you have to accept the music that is all day and night there.
In one word - I do not recommend this hotel if you wanna get rest into Kiten. Please choose another !!!.

Funzionalità e cortesia

Se avete desiderio di girovagare e dormite un giorno in un posto e poi ancora in un altro e passate da Kiten, ridente cittadina sul mar Nero, potete soffermarvi in questa struttura che offe servizi di buona qualità a prezzi validi. Di fronte all'Albergo vi è il Ristorante dove potrete gustare piatti tipici. Buona ed abbondante a colazione.

Gut gewählt

Mir hat es gut gefallen, ich wollte keine Bettenburg und das kleine Familienhotel war genau richtig um Zeit mit meiner Tochter zu verbringen und erholung zu finden.
Fazit Zimmer: Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung und wurden gut gereinigt.
Fazit Service: Sehr nettes Personal und meine Tochter war der Liebling.
Fazit Gastronomie: Zum Essen wurden auch spezielle Wünsche berücksichtigt, sehr familiär.
Fazit Hotellage: Kiten ist ein noch ruhiger Ort mit 2 schönen Stränden. Alles noch etwas ursprünglicher.
Fazit Strand: 2 schöne Strände mit Sand zum Buddeln für Kinder.
Fazit Pool: Ein kleiner Pool aber zur Abkühlung sehr nett und der Hit meiner Tochter.
