Lovely drinks, fantastic cocktails and the most beautiful blonde girl I've ever laid eyes on

We didn't stay here unfortunately we only passed by every night for 2 weeks for drinks. The two lads on the bar were very accommodating and the 2 girls were amazing aswell, we would definately go here again. All 4 need praise for making sure we were happy and enjoyed our drinks. Thankyou for having us

extremely bad

Bad experience the worst holiday, I don't recommend it to anyone Apart from the cleanliness, there is nothing else good you pay for all inclusive but there is no all inclusive, it's a joke the food, the bar, the cheapest bottles and the colored water, if if you want something better, you have to pay, some employees don't know how to behave, they look ugly when something doesn't suit them, there's a lot to say about the food in a bad way, every day the same food from stews and rice with mushrooms, you don't go out more I'm hungry my 6-day leave made me hungry at their place I don't talk about children anymore, they don't have any facilities there very bad bad

Poorly managed

The fatal is recently renovated and it is good facility. The bathroom is a bit cheaper decorated but still accessible.
Everything else is dramatically bad. At the Reception they have an old blondie who behaves as if she owns the whole Sunny beach. Personal at the reception area do not have uniforms and you can only guess who is tourist and who is from the staff.
Very limited parking.
The TV in the room was not functioning and for 36 hours it was not fixed.
The food offered in the restaurant is poor. Cheap products and amateur cook. Bread that they serve is stored behind the bar in boxes on the floor.
Bedsheets and towels are dried in sun on the backyard where all the dust is coming from the road - see the photos.
Somebody invested in a building but the staff is hired from the street- they don’t have any idea what hotel service means...
