Strong recommendation - value, service, room and common areas!

I stayed at the hotel in a single room by my own, it was absolutely lovely - recently renovated, cozy room with all one needs - comfy 1.5 pers. bed, fridge, water heater, independent room AC control, immaculate bathroom cleanliness, with separate heater for the towels.
The view over the city center is simply marvelous, whilst the mountains keep a sight on You at all times. Breathtaking.
The staff is helpful, the hotel also features a parking in front.

The place that doesn't wait for you

Two days ago I made an overnight stay at the end of a business trip, I was very well, welcome and comfort excellent a nice SPA and leaving you are directly on the pedestrian street centro.Alla reception there is a kind lady who speaks perfect 'italia.Sono I was pleasantly surprised

Improvements needed immediately

Moderate. Nobody even the receptionist spoke English. The spa is satisfying. The miserable morning. Damaged apples. Sapiya, the cheese had begun to make mold, the tomatoes and cucumbers cut from days ago. After I had a conversation with the head who said that neither would eat them brought us freshly chopped tomatoes and cucumbers. Very few choices. Not even bread served

"Good rooms, nice staff, nice and clean. What more could I want? The spa and breakfast were excellent!

I stayed in a standard room with a view of the road and the mountains. The room was clean, as were the furnishings. Everything was refreshed daily.
The staff was very nice, and so was the cleaner. I accidentally left 50 Leva on a chair, and it was still there when I returned.
I have one question that I didn't get a chance to check: Does the TV in your luxury room have a USB and an HDMI connection?
I would like to bring my Google Chromecast or Amazon TV Stick to watch Netflix. Reply please.

A Pleasant Stay at Hotel Rila

Hotel Rila offers a modern and functional stay experience. While its exterior may appear simple, step inside to discover a pleasantly designed interior. Though the rooms aren't overly spacious, they are well-appointed and provide a comfortable retreat. The friendly staff adds to the welcoming atmosphere, and the breakfast served is of high quality. Plus, the convenience of free parking just outside the main door is a definite plus.
I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Rila for a satisfying stay experience.
