Fantastic vacation

This is not exactly an hotel, but more a residence with very nice apartment.
I really appreciate this kind of solution, only room is included on the total amount , and you can choose if would have the meals in the restaurant or not.
The first night we tried the restaurant and the service was little bit slow but the quality was tasty. Friendly staff.
The cleaning in the room was every three days.
Near our little garden there was a barbecue zone with a big table and the "green egg" and a little chapel.
In maximum 10 minutes of walk there is a beach including 2 sunbed and an umbrella. And the sea was never rough because is little bay protected from a little island. The water is deep after long distance so for kids is ideally.
Than near the reception there is a little minimarket and in 15 minutes walk there is bigger market, a fruit mongers and after other 5 minutes start the city centre.
I hope to come back soon.

Lovely reaort

Currently staying in the family apartment, amazing facilities, very clean and lovely staff, it’s by the sea and well just amazing. The pool is a must, a bit cold but it’s still early season. Only issue we had was finding the complex but the locals are very helpful.

Relaxing pre-season experience

We stayed just before the beginning of the season and had a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. Everything was very well maintained, impeccable gardening and a very clean pool. The service was friendly and all the staff members very helpful. I would recommend the place for a pleasant family vacation in the early summer or after season.

Good Apart Hotel for a Week

Visited with 2 y.o. kid in September 2015. Decent apartment complex, very clean place, nice and well-attended garden, good pools (quite nice wine for small kids - warmed and convenient for the parents to control the kids). Regular accurate cleaning, well equipped kitchen (washing machine is missing, but otherwise ok). Everything worked, Wi-Fi is ok, small restaurant on the territory in case you are lazy. Kind of "private" beach (for residents of several apartment complexes nearby), but "under the hill" so be prepared to walk a bit. Comparing to a central beach in Chernomorec, this one is a paradise. Not centrally located, but it's good - not crowded, 5 minutes’ walk from the centre. Would recommend for families with 3-7 y.o. kids for a calm family vacation (breakfast-beach-lunch-pool-restaurant-bed...).

Convenient option to visit Sozopol

I chose this place located in Chernomorets because I did not to stay in the crowded and touristy village of Sozopol. From this point of view, the location just 10 minutes away by car is perfect.
Atia Resort is not really a hotel, it is rather a set of holiday apartments for longer stays. It is however possible to spend a couple of nights there, but be aware that there is no breakfast service (I was still able to order a coffee and some food at the restaurant which opened at 9am).
My apartment was a nice studio, simply furnished but very clean, with an open kitchen and a nice balcony overlooking the pool and with a sea view. Good points include silent A/C and very good free wifi.
There is ample free parking outside and a supermarket nearby. Down the road, there is also a small but beautiful beach.
