HOTEL BRIZ - Free Parking is situated in Burgas, in the suburb Sarafovo, only 200 metres from the shore of the Black Sea. All rooms are air-conditioned and feature free access to Wi-Fi.

Great place
Good to excellent hotel small family run hotel. All you require here fridge kettle and all requirements. I got what I had asked for a sea view and wow it's fantastic. Friendly staff and not far from restaurants and shops.

I have no idea which family members below respond with extremely positive reviews , if you want to experience it I wish you a lot of strength and success.
For starters, years of complaints about hygiene and cockroaches that one does not care about.
Curtains dirty! Bathroom dirty! Side window broken whole crevice filled with napkins.
The cobwebs that even a blind man could see.
But apparently the owners are used to this and live among pests and cobwebs themselves.
It is not fair to advertise on Booking with rooms with sea view that are there but not for everyone of course because the "hotel" also has a rear with rooms.
Perhaps time to coordinate with Booking that the sea view rooms will be 5 leva more expensive just as 5 leva is charged for a wash because on Booking you have a washing machine but it is under lock and key somewhere downstairs ~.~
People come on vacation and don't go back to communist times..
And finally I end up on a view of the workshop “garden according to the daughter of the owner”
To be woken up the next morning at 08:00 by grandpa who is working on the grinding toll and this for 3 days in a row.
“This is purely done to provoke reaction so that they can kick you out if you will comment on this” a normal person who runs a “hotel” would understand that you can not make this around such times but good grandpa can not sleep in then no one is allowed to sleep in.
After surviving the 1st day among the cobwebs and cockroaches but in the next morning walked to the reception “where no one is present” at check-in this is of course claimed.
So I sent a message via the whatsapp that I was never allowed to receive a reply to.
And the only question was whether there were still rooms with sea view so difficult the question does not seem to me.
Eventually I contacted Booking which apparently cost me the remaining days my linen because that is not once replaced "deeply sad" the towels fortunately do.
Upon returning to the hotel from the sea, I am asked by the great lady of the house “are there problems” to which I reply there are many problems.
And madam dares to tell you if you don't like it you're free to go.
After she dared to make that comment had direct contact with Booking, then Booking contacts Mrs. but their approve canceling the remaining 4 days do not approve.
Kind of childish to make a comment like that madam;)
A tip even if you don't want to stay there anymore and you book something else don't check out until your last day.
It is a good tactic from them so that they and you can collect full booking fees and instead of you they also take someone else's money because they can rent out a horror room again.
And maybe it is time to provide more parking spaces , this also allowed me to have a discussion with the customerless neighbor of your "hotel" who also had to let me know that I was not allowed to stand there in front of her building.
It's a shame when you've driven 2,000km to give your wife your culture and people and a sea experience like this.
In short, she is not satisfied and I am deeply disappointed in my own people and that it was nothing at all for my fiancée & mainly the attitude that is drawn up by the “hostess” and by the “hostess” I mean the lady of age who needs to know what adulthood is.
Perhaps it is time to take a course on how to deal with customers..

Don’t go here!
Unfortunately, they're not even worth 1 star. We booked and paid for the sea view room which we didn't even get. Wake up at 8 in the morning to sharpening sounds from the owner. Cockroaches in the room. It is advertised that they have washing machine in the room but if you ask you can pay 5 lev per wash. And if you say anything about it, they say you can leave if you don't like it, but you can whistle to your pennies. Don't book here because it's a big scam with what they advertise and what you pay for it. Let alone that they are heavily dirty and unhygienic rooms. Cobwebs everywhere, dirty curtains and mirrors.

Nice guest house: great value for money
Nice hotel/guest house. We had a small lounge and a separate bedroom. Beds comfy. Room clean. Bathroom perfectly adequate. 2 balconies and also a rooftop sunbathing terrace and loungers. For the money we paid it was great value. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice and helpfull staff
Very nice hotel and staff was very helpful. We arrived in the middle of the night without booking and there was no problem to check in. Very good value for what you pay. I really recommend that hotel.
