A perfect relaxing stay

We had the best Christmas and New Year at the hotel. It truly felt like a tropical paradise. Secluded and peaceful, with very few guests, which made it even more special. The location is incredible, right in the middle of the Mata Atlântica. We saw sagüis, a sloth, and so many species of birds and plants, with the sea literally at our feet. We were a family of 9, aged from 14 to 83, and everyone loved it. A special shout out to the wonderful staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful, but extra thanks to Julio, Iasmin, Madhava, and Jerry, who made each day feel more special and genuinely looked after us. Breakfast was lovely, especially the fresh fruit, which was a real treat. The chalet was clean, cosy, and very comfortable. An unforgettable stay.

PESSIMA EXPERIENCE!!! DON'T FALL IN THIS!!!

If I could, I would not give any stars. Place is decaying. There are simply no employees to meet. We waited for an hour at the beach bar and restaurant and nobody showed up. When we went to complain at the reception we were mistreated by a woman who called herself manager and by a man who simply did not identify.
PESSIMISTIC EXPERIENCE. They lack shame in their faces. If I hadn't had with my wife, the conversation would surely be different with this man who is not the owner, Chácara lion or any other animal. Fat, ignorant.
Definitely not recommend to anyone

The worst experience

The worst experience! Avoid going to this place! We were poorly served, long wait, high price and poor service. There are no employees to attend, we were forgotten in the restaurant for more than 1 hour. When we complain management was rude After all, avoid mainly because it is very expensive for what it offers!

Immersion in nature with comfort

At the end of 2023 we were at the hostel for the first time and now we are back.
We want to highlight the subtle sophistication that involved us, improving what was already great, without losing the appeal of immersion in nature, with comfort and privileged care.
From the attentive discretion of the staff, the personalized care of the chef to the subtle scent of the wonderful towels, made us want to go back again and enjoy the wonderful beach in this charming place.

Location, staff, breakfast and value are the highlights of this guesthouse.

Very well located hostel. Suite front sea very spacious. Linen and towels clean. Very kind and efficient staff. Mancha coffee of excellent quality. Beach bar as well. Very reasonable value for what it offers. The only negative point, in my opinion, is the lack of natural lighting.
