Great cost benefit

I always stay at the hotel, as the cost benefit is excellent: location, breakfast, room, staff hospitality, price. Super indicative and I will definitely come back other times as it is always my choice to stay overnight with my family.

Good hotel but does not value its customers

Nice hotel! Room good and clean, but I had to order the towels and blankets because there was no room. I found the double bed very small.
I also had a downtime with two kitchen workers. I am lactose intolerant and as the eggs available for breakfast had butter and cream milk I asked to make the eggs in olive oil, I was treated promptly. My daughter asked to eat the eggs with me and as I would not eat anything else I asked it to be done again. The employee made a guy unhappy with my order and said it would take a while because she was busy. I waited about 15 minutes and when I asked another employee if the eggs were ready she said "no" because they were very busy (as I was watching them remove the dirty dishes from the tables or restart the buffet - detail that should have me and two more tables busy). She gets very upset and trying to understand how employees treat their customers that way. I commented at the reception and the person who was there gave me right. It was just a pass hotel and on the way back we would stay there again, but I don't stay anymore.

Great breakfast and accommodation

Excellent location and service. Cleaning and breakfast too. I went with 3 children and they welcomed us very well. For lunch and dinner, there are many places nearby, even walking distance. We will be back soon for another trip and will certainly repeat our stay at the hotel.

Hotel Apollo is rated 1000

Hotel Apollo exceeded our expectations. Starting with the excellent location, as well as the impeccable cleanliness, organization and service. The breakfast is very good with many varieties of fruits, breads, juices and delicious, hot coffee. The staff are very attentive and helpful. We were delighted with the hospitality and attention with which everyone received us. Gratitude!!

Excellent hotel

All the staff are excellent. Cristiane is a sweet person. Breakfast is simple but very tasty. Warm cheese bread, scrambled eggs, 4 types of cakes. Broas... donuts. Fruits. Silent air conditioning. Excellent shower. Comfortable beds and clean bedding. If I need to go to a hotel, I will definitely return.
