Cozy-Private
Rooms are great. The pool is amazing but so cold in the morning. The restaurant on top is fine, if you don’t want to go far. Clean.

Great hotel to enjoy the structure
Hotel with great structure is not so close to the beach, it has an elevator, breakfast is great with several options including omelet; snacks and tapioca that you can choose to order at the time.
The rooms on the lower floor have direct access to pscina.
The pool is air-conditioned and has a very good structure.
The hotel does not have closed parking, but there is a security on the street.
Point to improve:
I stayed in the lower room and due to the direct access to the pool it is not possible to keep the doors open throughout the day (when not in the hotel), for this reason there is a strong smell due to the humidity.
The hotel could include some kind of beach service or provide the beach kit as some hotels in the area.

Yes you can go, the hotel is good!
We really liked the hotel. We stayed in the suite on the 3rd floor, because we had our pet with us and they didn't accept us in the suite on the ground floor that faces the pool (which makes a lot of sense). I believe that these suites have less privacy and more noise from the pool... but the proposal is cool. Although the pool was never full over the 5 days, there are only a few apartments. Even the pool is very nice, large and even has a warm hydro to relax.
The hotel is beautiful, easy to access, good parking (even on the sidewalk) clean, beautiful restaurant but a little expensive, but, contrary to what I read here, I found the food to be very good and fresh. Wonderful staff (especially Paloma, Juliana, Julia and Mateus) I went with my baby and throughout my stay they heated up his food and helped me with everything I needed to have a good experience. I also liked the pool service, everything worked during high season, we spent Christmas there. The dinner was great, a super family atmosphere.
All in all, the hotel is excellent value for money. I will be back.
POINTS FOR IMPROVEMENT: I believe it is the comfort of the rooms... The rooms are ok! I thought the bed was good, shower and such, standard bed linen, normal, but for those who look at the hotel from the outside and the style of the restaurant, for example, it doesn't match the "decor" of the room. The room is small and not cozy. It's basic! We don't think it's bad, but from the outside the hotel is beautiful and appears to be "chic" but inside it's basic. I think that if the interior finishing of the suites is improved, it will be even better. Certainly the homes of people who chose the hotel to spend their holidays are more attractive and comfortable...
Another point is the acoustics, it is not as resistant. So the noise from noisy neighbors is a bit disturbing, especially when you have a baby or are light sleepers like me. We stayed on the 3rd floor, which is below the restaurant, so the noise from above was a bit annoying. But for those who don't mind other people's noise, the hotel is excellent. It wasn't anything exaggerated.
Owners and investors: make the rooms more presentable, you have a good team of employees and a beautiful hotel, this way you will be more willing to spend 70 reais on a portion with 6 shrimp.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had. The hotel looks fancy from a distance but won’t stand the light of day up close. The hotel feels isolated and is far away from the beach and any other activities.
The room itself was cramped and impractical with just ONE free power outlet that’s inconveniently located.
Combine that with poor food and poor customer service, and you get feedback like “this is how the food is done here.”
Please stay away from this property and book something closer to the center of Ubatuba.

Isolated and disappointing
Isolated location far away from everything. Cramped and impractical room with only one available power outlet that’s awkwardly located. Disappointing food and even more disappointing customer service after providing feedback on the dinner: “this is how we make it here.”
Stay away from this property and look for options closer to the center of Ubatuba, unless you want to feel stuck with long car rides to anything meaningful.
