Impeccable!!

No words! The breakfast was very delicious, with quite a variety and everything very well prepared. The heated pool made all the difference, especially after the beach.
Very attentive and helpful staff. I will definitely come back with my family!!

Excellent place - very good food - impeccable service and service - only improvement in the comfort of the box

Our entire stay was excellent. We have nothing to complain about the hotel environment, the breakfast, the restaurant and the services in general.
However, room 315 left to be desired on a specific point: the bathroom. The box is not inclusive, because the door is to open, and not to run, which ended up making it difficult for us to access and close, considering our biotype.
Still, we would return to the hotel for sure, as the service was impeccable. We highlighted the excellent service from the reception, especially from a collaborator who worked in the afternoon/night period (I do not remember the name, but it was very sympathetic), in addition to the service at the restaurant, where we were very well received by Lucas and Matheus.
If it is possible, on a next stay, to stay in a room with another bathroom model, surely the experience would be even better.

Great place. Excellent value for money. The staff was extremely kind and attentive. The pool was great and comfortable, a perfect place to spend some time after a day at the beach. The breakfast was tasty and there were a variety of options (fruit, tostado, cake, juice, coffee, eggs). The location was perfect, close to the beach and restaurants but still quiet and with a great view (my room had a view to a lot of trees). The I definitely recommend it

I haven't been there yet but the smell of this place makes me want to come back as soon as possible.

First of all, what a paradise is to be in this hotel.
I thank all the staff, all very welcoming, helpful and smiling.
Thank you to Wellington, Andrew, Ivan, Angelica and everyone else who took so good care of me and my son.
The room and the communal environments are very clean, smelly, with a wonderful hygiene.
I would definitely recommend this wonderful hotel.
The smell of this hotel brought me coziness and comfort.
Gratitude to all involved for making this whole experience so unforgettable.

Holidays in Ubatuba!

Very good hotel, we had only one problem with infiltration in the room, but did not interfere with the stay, the air-conditioned pool is the difference. Breakfast is OK! Privileged location, close to the big beach.
