Excellent service

Our handball team stayed this weekend at the hotel. We would like to thank the excellent service from both the reception and the waitresses. We could enter the rooms in advance to rest and compete in the afternoon. Special thanks to Sonia and the Saturday night attendant who were super helpful and fun! We love the hotel, the rooms, the breakfast and the location! Congratulations.

The AC was off when we arrived to our room so it smelled like mildew the entire stay. There was also mold in the shower head and shower door. I was expecting more since I paid for a suite. The pool wasn’t clean and therefore, unusable but the staff was friendly and readily available.

I loved, very good morning coffee, the beds clean and comfortable, clean bathroom, we were very well served by the staff, the reception lady is a dear one, you had never gone to timbó, we liked the experience quite a lot, we will come back more times.

Comfortable.

The hotel is good, friendly service, clean rooms, good location, good breakfast. I felt a lack of socket for vehicle loading, this is a need that grows daily, and hotels must accompany modernity. In all Timbó unfortunately I did not even find a station for loading. As customers use the light for charging cell phone dryers and other equipment nothing more fair than also provide this convenience for guests.

Great location and great breakfast

The hotel has several good features, but one bad one, which greatly compromises the stay and the desire to return: the new wave of cheapness that takes away your privacy and well-being, i.e. internal walls of plaster carton. Look at the good ones: great service, good size and modern rooms, idem bathroom (but without window), spectacular breakfast, one of the best on our list, in a large and nice environment and finally great location. The garage is covered and closed and is next to the hotel, being one in the basement and one on the first floor but it is complicated for SUVs when it is more crowded, the good detail is that you take the elevator directly.
