Good hotel, very attentive and helpful staff, cleanliness and very good restaurant.
Very welcoming city, quiet and with many shops and services.
In the leisure part various activities and tours.
Good tour for everyone, couples, families, etc.

Weekend with family

Great location. Old hotel, in good condition, with parking. What left to be desired was the breakfast, very weak, few options and nothing tasty, only the trivial. I understand that a daily value of R$ 600,00 is possible a more tasty breakfast.

Well located and with great service

Hotel very well located and with perfect service! All the staff are very attentive!
However, when I went to book via WhatsApp, they informed me that the Premium category rooms had a King Size bed. When I arrived in the room, I found a queen bed + a very narrow single bed. When I inquired at reception, they informed me that all rooms only have queen beds.
I felt deceived in this regard, as I paid more to stay in a larger room with a larger bed.
Otherwise, I recommend the hotel. I suggest improving or installing another elevator.

Great location and comfortable rooms

Located in the center of Serra Negra, one block from the main square and close to bars, restaurants, shops and also the replica of the Trevi Fountain, Hotel Shelton has all the requirements for a pleasant stay in the city. A varied and good-quality breakfast, excellent staff service, a good-sized room and a soft bed complete the attributes of this hotel.
