Well-located hotel, close to the airport. Helpful staff, spacious and clean rooms, and an excellent breakfast. I would stay there again.

Disrespectful service at the reception of HOTEL TRANSAMERICA CONGONHAS during check-in

I would like to file a complaint regarding the service received from a front desk staff at the time of my check-in at HOTEL TRANSAMERICA CONGONHAS.
I made my reservation and when I arrived at the hotel around midnight, I faced an excessive delay in checking in because previous guests couldn’t locate your reservation. I waited calmly for about 30/40 minutes or more in the queue and, when asking for help from the employee who was at the reception, I was treated disrespectfully, receiving inadequate answers and without any willingness to help.
I understand that unforeseen things can happen, as happened with previous guests who were having trouble locating their reservations. However, the way I was treated afterwards, without any link to the previous problem, was completely unnecessary and incompatible with the standard of cordiality expected from a establishment that provides hosting services.
I ask that the situation be analyzed by the management on the recordings and that the appropriate measures be taken to prevent other guests from going through the same embarrassment.
In addition to this complaint, I will consult a lawyer to assess the appropriate measures, because I felt embarrassed in front of other people, a situation that I never expected to experience in a unit of the Transamerica network, especially since I already am a customer of several other units.
The demonstrated badwill, the slowness in the service, the ironic and sharp responses, without any reason, evidenced a posture incompatible with the reputation and standard of service of a renowned hotel. No customer deserves to be treated with disrespect, irony or deboche during a check-in, as happened with me, without any justification for such behavior. I don't indicate and I won't come back.

Excellent place to stay actually within walking distance to CGH Terminal. Fantastic breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Great cost benefit

Very clean hotel, great restaurant, very close to the airport, with taxi stop in front, very attentive staff.
