my shower was not working at midnight, they changed the room immediately.
breakfast was good, especially fruits
staff was kind and helpful
the location is very close to the central however it doesn't feel safe around

Serious security failure!

They gave the key to my room to someone else and in the middle of the night a man entered my room. I covered explanations three times. They said the manager was gonna get in touch and that never happened. I sent an email asking for the preservation of the images at the request of the lawyer and also had no reply. Security is not taken seriously in this place. Not to mention the lack of sound insulation in the rooms.

The hotel was Good and the rooms were nice. The breakfast was fresh and had a big variety. My only two issues with the hotel were the following:
1. It’s advertised that the staff speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese
However during our entire stay we didn’t encounter any staff who spoke any language other than Portuguese. Which is fine but don’t advertise you have trilingual employees if you don’t.
2. We arrived at the hotel at 10pm at night and the room they gave us was dirty. And I don’t mean it wasn’t cleaned properly, I mean that the cleaning staff never cleaned up after the previous tenants left the room. So at 10pm after 12h of traveling we have to go back and forth with the front desk (who only spoke Portuguese) to try to explain that the room was dirty. No big deal but it feels like it when you’re tired and annoyed 😂

I recommend. I really liked this hotel, well located, clean rooms, good manha coffee, easy to park when going to check in. Right next door has a paid part parking.

We booked this hotel! Good location. The room was ok. Cleaning and refilling shampoo and toilet paper were not good at. Breakfast was like that. Bad to refill if there were many people eating! Large and messy dining room. Slow
