Decadent

The hotel is well located but very decadent. The walls of our room were stained and peeling. Where there should be a picture there were holes. Breakfast was without many options and poor in taste.

So-so accommodation

We arrived after a long trip, horrible daytime reception, the two attendants do the bare minimum without sympathy (it doesn't even look like I arrived in the north), room with a view of the internal corridor (horrible), terrible shower, no place to put shampoo in the shower stall, soap that isn't on the floor, air conditioning with a board error... Good bed, so-so location. And to top it off, on the last day before leaving, I couldn't get a simple coffee to take to my wife in the room where our little one was sleeping, waiting for the van to Santo Amaro. Night reception, something else, helpful and polite service. It was not a very pleasant stay.

Hostess not nice , not smiling , no explanation about the stay.the breakfast was very good .
The boy was super nice from the restaurant.
A very nice view of our room.

Not a pleasant experience

When we arrived the attendant was watching us unload the bags did not help to open the door because with luggage becomes difficult, the beds are horrible the doors and windows get beating because of the wind, dirty pillows, coffee with little variety, air conditioning that does not work, hair dryer only in the most expensive rooms. The shower does not heat right. the attendants do not have information about places for tour or markets, do not know the city itself, do not recommend.

Unpleasant

Hotel does not support the guest, does not provide blanket to sleep. It does not offer a pleasant experience for tourists. I do not recommend.
