Use day

I used the day use system where lunch and colonial coffee are included. Great cost benefit. Baths with thermal waters always lmpas. Excellent service and the colonial coffee is exceptional.

I didn't know what to expect when I booked my stay here for only a few days to try it out.
I was truly amazed by the incredible understated elegance of the place. The staff are amazingly proud of their dedicated service to the clients and if you look closely, you can see all the details laid out for you.
I found the meal service to be absolutely outstanding in variety and sophistication.
Although the place is old, worn and loved by many, the warm water is clean and high quality and worth exploring. The river and nature changes throughout the day. I found the sounds very relaxing and slept very well.
It is steeped in history and has a long list of dedicated pilgrims who come at least every year for a week or two and know each other and the staff. This is a real community that will welcome you.
If only I had booked a week or two, I could have experienced a deeper and longer relaxation and unwound from the stresses of everyday life.
I highly recommend the privilege to stay here as one of my favorite places I stayed on my trip.

Unsatisfied

I stayed with my wife in the month of April 2025 in the Hotel which is historic. Being old does not justify the lack of cleanliness in the rooms. Leaves and sheets smell bad and yellowish. Trace and Paramount on the walls. Sanitary vacuum with awful smell.
The buffet had several flies on the food. Food nothing special and cold.
The best of all is thermal water.
The room with two single beds.
The amount charged was high for these reasons. I think they can evolve a lot to serve the guests who visit
I'm not coming back.

Wonderful casarão, spectacular water

My experience at Hotel Caldas da Imperatriz was amazing! The place is perfect for those who want to relax in the middle of nature. The thermal waters are wonderful, and the climate of tranquility really helps recharge the energies. The staff was super attentive and made me feel at home. If you are looking for a place to rest and connect with nature, this is undoubtedly the ideal place! Sure, I'll be back!
