Quality hotel and impeccable service

Perfect hotel, wonderful, organized, great service, large rooms and always clean.
Reception staff, restaurant and breakfast, all careful and friendly.

The care of excellence

Excellent experience. The hotel enjoys a privileged location, making easy access to the main points of the city. The facilities are extremely clean, organized and well kept, providing comfort and safety.
The service was excellent, with a caring, polite staff and always available to assist, which made a big difference during the stay. Breakfast is of great quality, well organized and with good options. It also highlights the availability of space for luggage storage, bringing more convenience to the guest.
I recommend the hotel and would definitely return to a new accommodation.

The worst hotel in Rio de Janeiro

I had a terrible experience with this hotel, I had a terrible attention, a room with an air conditioning equipment that rang every second, a shower that dripped, dirty bed covers, and a terrible attention by the owner and her manager, they took away my sleep practically and at 1.30 in the morning they pretended that I changed rooms, when all I wanted was to rest, and with that hellish sound I could not, I went the dream and the desire to stay in that hotel and to leave. The manager promised me that the next day they will return all or much of them, so the manager and the owner Mrs. Ana refuse to do it, I have videos of the situation, I do not recommend it. I practically used your shower and nothing else, I didn't rest or get breakfast. I just ask that they be empathetic and behave like decent people, and not take attitudes that as a user have disadvantaged me.

Great spacious room with air condition and quiet.
Nice swimming pool and a well equipped gym.
Luggage was safely held until pickup.

Unfair hotel! I booked a room at an increased holiday price but made a mistake in the dates. They refused to help change this date and refused my refund . Very unfair!
